Mechanical & Electrical Bespoke Specification

An M&E bespoke specification outlines the scope of works for mechanical and electrical systems to provide in-depth details of the workmanship, technical design parameters and sustainable principles required for the building. This includes the recommended heat pump, pipework, distribution boards and control systems.

IES Model
